This episode is a homage to the award winning restaurant - Cloudy's - at Glen Helen Resort which operated from 1987 to the early 1990s. It includes an interview with former head chef Mindy Byrne and restauranteur, Sandra Clyne about their time at Cloudy's. It also includes a second interview with Cloudy patron, Liz Scott who gives us the diner experience first hand.
